Who it's for
We built NovusPraxis for the operations people at growing companies — the ones who run onboarding, vendor renewals, quarterly compliance, and a dozen recurring workflows that span weeks and shifting stakeholders. That work is recurring, templated, and multi-owner, and most tools treat those patterns as an afterthought: too heavy when they're built for engineers, too shallow when they're built for "everyone."

What we'll never do
These promises cost us short-term revenue. That's the point — keeping them is the difference.
- No seat-rounding. You pay for the seats you use, never a minimum floor.
- No reclassifying viewers. A viewer stays a free viewer; we won't quietly turn guests into paid members.
- No bait-and-switch features. A feature shipped on your plan stays on your plan — we won't move it behind a higher tier later.
- No per-seat AI tax. If we add AI, it's metered by what you actually use, never a workspace-wide surcharge.
- No dark-pattern exits. No un-dismissable "you're canceling" banners. If you leave, we show you the door politely.
- No throttling to force upgrades. Automations are either included or not — no mid-month surprise caps.

When you reach out, a real person answers — not a bot, and not a ticket that disappears. Every plan includes email support; paid plans add in-app live chat, and Ultra gets a named contact. We'd rather tell you "not yet" honestly than oversell.
