Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the platform for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't upload malicious code or content that violates applicable law.

Plans & billing

Paid plans, limits, and trial terms are described on our pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host and operate the service on your behalf.

Availability

We work to keep NovusPraxis available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
