Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan never asks for a card. You only enter payment details when you upgrade to Starter or higher — and the Professional 7-day trial doesn't require one either.
Will I get billed for users I didn't add?
No. We never round seats up, and viewers stay free on every plan, forever. You pay only for the members you actually add — billed monthly with daily proration.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual lock-ins. Cancel from your billing dashboard and you keep access until the end of the period, then automatically fall back to the Free plan.
What happens after the Professional trial?
Your workspace stays intact. If you don't add a payment method, we move you down to Free — projects and tasks remain, but Pro-only features (org-wide templates, advanced analytics) become read-only until you upgrade.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Both, anytime. Upgrades are prorated to the current cycle, downgrades take effect at renewal. Your data isn't touched in either direction.
Is my data isolated from other organizations?
Yes — multi-tenancy is enforced at the database layer. Every read and write is scoped to your organization. Members of one org cannot see projects, tasks or templates of another, even with shared platform admins.
Are task templates included on Free?
Yes. Free workspaces ship with the same template engine — limited to 5 templates per workspace. That's enough to standardize bug reports, onboarding checklists or your weekly cycle without paying.
How do recurring tasks work?
Recurring tasks are live on Starter and above. They use smart skipping, so they never spam your board on holidays or empty cycles — a recurrence won't spawn a duplicate while the previous one is still open.
What's the difference between organizations, workspaces and projects?
Organizations are companies or clients (billing lives here). Workspaces are typed rooms inside an org — Engineering, Marketing, Design — each with its own dashboard. Projects live inside workspaces and contain the actual tasks.
